Role Description

This is a contract role for an Airline Ticketing Agent at EUROPE EGYPT TRAVEL. As an Airline Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers in booking flights, issuing tickets, and providing information on flight schedules, fares, and travel regulations. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working primarily in Giza, but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Airline Ticketing Agent or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of airline policies and travel industry regulations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in using computer reservation systems and ticketing software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Patience and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
