Job Purpose Statement:
In this role, for this position will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients who utilize our paid lounge services across multiple locations. You will ensure exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue growth by maintaining strong relationships, implementing effective strategies, and overseeing operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Relationship Management
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships: Regularly engaging with key clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Acting as the main point of contact: Serving as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution
- Developing account strategies: Creating detailed plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals for each key account.
- Implementing strategic initiatives: Ensuring that strategic plans are executed effectively to meet client expectations and organizational objectives.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth
- Identifying opportunities for growth: Proactively seeking ways to expand the business with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling.
- Meeting sales targets: Ensuring that revenue targets and quotas are met or exceeded.
4. Customer Success and Satisfaction
- Ensuring customer satisfaction: Regularly assessing and addressing client satisfaction to ensure a positive experience.
- Managing client issues: Handling and resolving any problems or complaints promptly and effectively.
5. Collaboration and Coordination
- Working with internal teams: Coordinating with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure that client needs are met.
- Managing internal resources: Allocating company resources to maximize client satisfaction and success.
6. Reporting and Analysis
- Monitoring performance metrics: Keeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
- Preparing reports: Providing regular updates to senior management on account status, sales forecasts, and progress against targets.
7. Market and Industry Knowledge
- Staying informed: Keeping up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Advising clients: Offering insights and recommendations based on market knowledge to help clients achieve their business objectives.
8. Contract and Pricing Management
- Negotiating contracts: Working with clients to negotiate contract terms and conditions that are mutually beneficial.
- Managing pricing strategies: Ensuring that pricing strategies are aligned with organizational goals and market conditions.
9. Budget Management
- Managing budgets: Overseeing the budget for key accounts to ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
10. Training and Development
- Providing training: Offering training and support to clients on products and services.
- Continuous improvement: Pursuing professional development opportunities to stay proficient in key account management practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 to 7years of experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
