Airport Operations Agent

The Airport Operations Agent will be responsible for managing the airport operational activities, ensuring effective passenger handling of passengers, and coordinating with the Airlines team and airport authorities for smooth operations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Work closely with the Airline partner and offer full support.
• Coordinate with the airport authorities for operational requirements.
• Work with Airport handling agent to ensure smooth check-in of passengers.
• Solve customer issues if any at the time of boarding.
• Baggage clearance with the coordination of the security department.
• Follow up on lost and found baggage.
• Make sure to implement Airline policies related to airport operations.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma
