About the role:
As a Airport Operations Control Center Officer, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition:
Allocation of the parking stands of DIA through the Gate Management System in order to accommodate the traffic according to the safety restrictions.
Day to day flight data processing and validation on the operational day and the next day in the Airport Operational Data base.
Update the Airport Operational Data base of all operational data changes within a range from the day of operations plus 6 days.
Monitoring of data flow on all AOCC systems in order to ensure accuracy and quality of data to all stakeholders and airport users.
Monitor the AOCC systems and its relative interfaces performance in order to secure the operation of the shift and to active contingency measures if required.
Monitor Electronics Visual Information Display System and staff information system performance and ensuring data accuracy for all passenger traffic.
Monitoring of the approach radar, Advanced - Surface Movement Guidance & Control System Radar, VHF Aeronautical frequencies and SELEX updates in order to deliver the Ten Miles Out and Acting Landing times to all Stakeholders.
Qualifications
About you:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
Attended Airport/Airline operations courses i.e., passenger, ramp and cargo
Experienced minimum 4 years of job-related experience required
Experience in a comparative function capacity within the aviation industry (aerodrome operations, ground handling or airline environment.
