Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
This position will be responsible for shift management of Security Staff, ensuring proper implementation of security procedures. This role will manage and conduct security patrols, evaluate subordinates performance, follow up with the wider security team and manage passes issuance. Other responsibilities will include reporting any security findings and/or diversions to the Line Manager.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Application of security policies and procedures in accordance with Riyadh Air Security Policy. Comply with Riyadh Air SOPs and policies.
Supervise, monitor and evaluate performance of Security Staff and/or Service Providers (if applicable).
Create and submit daily security reports to the line manager.
Additional duties as per requirements.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in aviation security.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma.
SKILLS:
Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
MS Office knowledge.
