Job Title: Program Producer

Al Ain News is a comprehensive digital news portal offering round-the-clock, high-quality news coverage. Our platform delivers a diverse range of content, including news stories, real-time updates, breaking news, reports, in-depth analysis, opinion articles, and feature-rich video content. We cater to a broad audience through our multilingual website, providing content in Arabic, Farsi, French, Turkish, and Amharic languages. With regional offices in Cairo, Addis Ababa, and Alexandria, Al Ain News ensures a comprehensive and global presence.

Job Summary:

Producing distinct and exclusive visual and audio content that is compatible with the various digital platforms in Al Ain News, and achieves the organization's goals and strategy, and presenting it in non-stereotypical formats and at a high level that attracts the audience's interest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing visual and audio materials that keep pace with changes on social media platforms to be presented in high quality while ensuring the continuous development of the method of displaying content to keep pace with transformations in the field of visual production.
• Preparing programmatic and daily ideas and proposing appropriate templates for producing these ideas, provided that they are distinctive and non-typical in order to maintain innovation in presentation and implementation.
• Creating and producing integrated video content with audio and video, starting from research all the way to technical implementation.
• Review the video after implementation and before converting for publication to ensure its editorial and technical accuracy, in addition to following up on the daily production cycle.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism or media or an appropriate higher qualification.
• More than 5 years of experience in the same specialty.
• Experience in media organizations and news websites.
• Mastering the skill of voiceover.
• Proficient in dealing with social media platforms.
• Proficient in dealing with the principles of digital marketing and search engine optimization.
• Has experience with Premiere and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in English - reading and writing.
