Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Alerton BMS System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC controls and automation, with the ability to independently manage the testing and commissioning of Alerton and other Honeywell BMS systems. This role requires expertise in field/DDC commissioning, programming, troubleshooting, and systems integration via standard protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of Alerton and other Honeywell BMS systems.
- Independently manage field/DDC commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Ensure seamless integration of BMS systems with other building systems using standard protocols.
- Respond to and resolve reactive calls for BMS front-end and DDC levels.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and performance checks.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and team members.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all work performed and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and automation.
- Proven experience with Alerton and other Honeywell BMS systems.
- Hands-on experience in field/DDC commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of systems integration via standard protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or training in BMS systems (preferred).
