Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the education sector across Europe and the USA.
Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and services.
Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, opportunities for growth, and strategies for improvement.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and facilitate upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct regular meetings and maintain open communication with clients to foster strong partnerships.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Extensive experience (5+ years) in account management, preferably within the education industry.
Proven track record of managing relationships with clients in Europe and the USA.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
