ACCOUNTABILITIES
Administrate ATM functions of The Bank.Supervise ATMs daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction.Supervise and lead ATMs new installation, relocation and removal.Supervise and lead the process of upgrading/updating the ATMs hardware and software in order to ensure their compliance with the international standards and regulations.Ensure regular preventive maintenance and measures to increase the ATMs availability.Accountable for ATM proper backup and disaster recovery procedures incorporations with Systems Infrastructure teams,Ensure that ATM adhered with security standards and polices.Designs and implements ATM architectures.Identification and resolution of technical problems and malfunctions related to ATM administration.Provide guidance, support & help to juniors administrators.
EducationBachelor's Degree in relevant disciplineITIL / ISO 20K Certification is desired.
Knowledge:Oracle DB.Linux fundamentals.Experience8-10 years IT Experience. Experience analyzing information and driving resolution.Experience interpreting and supporting IT and Business Processes.
