Key Accountabilities:
1. Participates in formulating the strategic plan and works to implement it
2. Participates in developing an organizational structure for the Alzheimer's Academy
3. Manages the academy's departments and activities.
4. Establishes performance standards & KPIs for departments and units.
5. Participates in proposing study and training materials.
6. Proposes programs for continuous development and modernization for the academy.
7. Preparing Management Report according to the performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Medicine / PhD in public health
Scientific and research background
Experience: +15 years of experience in public health at least 5 years in similar position
