We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Amer Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service center, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of various government transactions. You will lead a team of service agents, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Amer service agents to ensure high productivity and service quality.
- Monitor queues and ensure efficient flow of transactions, minimizing wait times for customers.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to government transactions.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, financial reports, and operational metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a supervisory role, preferably within a government services or customer service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and office software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Dubai government procedures and regulations is highly desirable.
