LIPTON Teas and Infusions is on a journey to become a digital first company. The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital performance marketing strategy across search, social, display, programmatic, and E-Commerce in AMET markets. This role focuses on the continuous optimization of digital media investments, ensuring cohesive integration of upper and lower funnel activities to achieve business objectives. With 6-8 years of experience, the ideal candidate will collaborate with brand teams, multiple disciplines, countries, and agency partners to establish robust KPI frameworks and drive ROI- focused digital investment optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing Framework: Establish a rigorous framework covering all digital touchpoints.
- Optimization & Reporting: Monitor, optimize, and report on performance across priority countries with a focus on ensuring superior campaign performance.
- Test-Learn-Scale Culture: Create and maintain a culture of regular A/B testing and leverage new opportunities.
- E-Commerce Media Investments: Plan and execute E-Commerce media investments to achieve country-specific revenue goals, with ongoing optimization.
Experience & Skills:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Digital Media Agencies or multinational organizations
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google, Meta, PPC platforms, social channels (e.g., TikTok), and E-Commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Omni).
- Data Analytics Proficiency: Proficient in data analytics and insight tools like Google Analytics, with the ability to interpret and act on performance data for agile, data-driven decision-making.
- Up-to-Date with Trends: Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, such as AI, machine learning, and automation, and the ability to apply these to drive business results.
