Your Role:
As Talent Acquisition Lead for the AMET region, you are responsible for recruiting new colleagues, who are ready to help us change the world of Teas and Infusions.
You will be directly responsible for recruiting for Manager roles and for Country Leadership roles in all AMET markets. You will coach local Country P&O teams on managing recruitment for more junior roles.
You will liaise closely with the hiring managers and our P&O Business Partners to develop and update job descriptions.
You will create talent pipelines for critical roles at Manager & Country Leadership levels across the AMET markets. You will coach local Country P&O teams on the same for more junior roles.
Since we are moving at a fast pace at Lipton, you will be the one in charge of keeping an overview of the whole recruitment process across the region; setting and maintaining the quality standards to ensure that not only do candidates have the best recruitment experience, but that our process ensures that the right-fit candidates are consistently selected for our jobs.
You will work with the Global Talent Team to ensure that global talent processes are adopted in AMET and that regional needs are highlighted and addressed in any system or process design.
In cases where we engage Executive Search firms for senior roles in AMET, you will manage interaction with our recruitment agencies.
You will work with the key Talent contacts in local markets to have a consistent employer brand in all markets, leveraging all channels.
