Key Accountabilities:
Effectively deal with basic contract related queries from proponent, buyers, and stakeholders
Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain, update and upload all required contract documentation via the standardized templates
Identify any deviations / red flags that indicate supplier instability, or poor performance
Maintain acceptance and payment registers
Maintain Project specific contract log
Keep track of the availability and validity of insurance policies
Keep track of the availability and validity of bonds
Develop spend visualizations which interprets the data, providing trends, demand drivers, themes, and insight
Draft contract amendments and modifications as needed
Monitor compliance with contract management plans
Administer contracts to ensure accuracy of pricing, scope variations, updates to terms and conditions
Monitor and report on contract milestones and outcomes
Support the relevant stakeholders in developing related materials to implement innovative performance and measurement metrics, such as KPIs
Flag any contract deviations affecting payment process
Update MoMs regularly to keep track of interactions, changes, and alignment with involved stakeholders
Support in stakeholder communications and provide guidance on contractual matters
Support Contract Manager in managing the contract lifecycle from initiation through contract closure
Required Skills:
BSc in Business Administration, finance, commercial law or a related field; additional qualification is a plus
Proven experience in contract management (3 - 6 years)
Relevant experience in EPC-projects in the Energy sector
General knowledge in the Procurement cycle
Basic financial acumen
Knowledge of legal and financial requirements pertaining to contracts
Excellent writing skills
Attention to detail
Strong analytical and organization skills
Ability to liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
The following skills could be considered a plus:
Arabic speaker
Knowledge of contract management workspace on SAP Ariba
Additional skills
Knowledge of SAP ERP system
