Job Requirements
Educational qualifications & experience:
- Matric / Grade 12
- B.Com / BSc Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience
- Training and/or certification in BPM, SDLC, ITIL, DevOps, Agile, COBIT)
- Kinaxis Certifications Advantageous
- RR Author
- Administrator
- Talend
- 5+ years experience of managing relationships with internal business customers
- Experience and sound knowledge of business processes, quality management and customer support practices and improvement practices
- 3+ years experience managing customer relationships in an operational and global services and automation in a large complex/matrix global organization
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
- Assists in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and problems, and identifies options for consideration.
- Works with stakeholders, to identify potential benefits and available options for consideration, and in defining acceptance tests.
- Drafts and maintains procedures and documentation for applications support.
- Manages application incidents, maintenance activities like monitoring and enhancements to improve business performance.
- Ensures that all requests for support are dealt with according to set standards and procedures.
- Maintains application support processes, and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures.
- Uses application management software and tools to investigate issues, collect performance statistics and create reports.
