Annual Report Management Specialist

Job Description

1- Help in managing the AR project lifecycle from drafting an RfP, selecting a suitable vendor, printing, obtaining approvals, till submitting the annual report on time.

2- Support the planning and coordination of annual report production timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

3- Collaborate with department heads, subject matter experts, and external partners to gather relevant data, stories, and insights for inclusion in the annual report.

4- Support the development of clear, concise, and engaging and high-quality content for the annual report, ensuring alignment with organizational messaging and values.

5- Work closely with Creative Designers and / or external vendors to conceptualize and execute the visual presentation of the annual report.

6- Provide guidance on design elements, layout, and graphics to enhance readability and visual appeal.

7- Oversee the review process for draft annual report, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and compliance with organizational standards.

8- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and subject matter experts to refine content, messaging, and presentation.
