Reports To: Project Manager/Technical Manager
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to assist on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that ANPR systems are installed and operating efficiently, meeting all technical specifications as per client requirements.
Configure ANPR software settings to meet project specifications/requirements.- Conduct thorough testing of the systems to ensure accurate and reliable number plate recognition performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during testing and commissioning phases.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with technical specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of the ANPR systems.- Address any issues or defects promptly to maintain high standards of performance.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, ECE or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing and maintaining ANPR systems or similar technologies.
In-depth knowledge of ANPR technology, including hardware and software components.
- Strong technical skills in network setup, camera installation, and system configuration.
Proficiency in ANPR software and related tools.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
SIRA Certified is a plus.- Driver's license is a plus.
