Job Description

For nearly 30 years, this company has provided global services and solutions support for military personnel and first responders. Currently seeking multiple Maintenance Technicians to provide maintenance and sustainment operations for the Apache AH-64EV2 Longbow Crew Trainers (LCTs) and ensure they remain fully operational and available for training.

The Company

  • Seeking Maintenance Technicians to be responsible for performing scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance on Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) and foreign government-furnished equipment.

The Compensation

  • $72,000 - $77,000 Annual Base Salary Commensurate with Experience Plus Cost-of-Living-Adjustment (COLA) & Hardship Pay based on Location (Upwards of 30% Pay Increase)

  • 100% Fully Onsite Position based in Saudi Arabia Khamis Mushait, King Khalid Military City, and/or Al Qassim Aviation Institute (Option to Follow On after Initial 10-Month Contract)

The Role

  • Provide maintenance and sustainment operations to ensure availability for training of AH-64EV2 LCTs.
  • Provide on-site maintenance and supply repair/replacement of parts for the AH-64EV2 LCT.
  • Implement a Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) for Supported Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS).
  • Perform scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance of TADSS and Foreign Government Furnished Property (GFP) in accordance with and in order of precedence, the applicable Technical Manuals (TMs) for each TADSS, Government-provided preventive maintenance checklists, or best commercial practices if a checklist is not provided.
  • Maintain TADSS and Foreign GFP in fully mission-capable condition to meet the Contract Mission Time and CPF requirements in Appendix B for each device and location.
  • On-site maintenance is performed In Accordance With (IAW) technical data; if technical data/checklist is not provided for any single item, maintenance IAW is the best commercial standard.
  • Maintain all the documentation (e.g. Operator & Maintainer Manual, I/O Manual, Commercial Off-The-Shelf Manual, Technical Data Package Schematics, and Cold Start Procedures) spares, and tools.
  • Coordinate onsite maintenance with the local installations designated Foreign Government representative to deconflict training, exercise, and test schedules with maintenance activities, and resolve problems on the devices or at the site.
  • Repair onsite systems in accordance with the document scheduled maintenance (Preventative Maintenance).
  • Review/report facility issues that cause Non-Fair Wear and Tear (NFWT) to simulator devices.
  • Log data and work orders into the Information System Tool Suite (ISTS) with all maintenance information, including Foreign GFP parts/spares obtained from the Regional Supply and Logistics Facility (RSLFAC) and ensure accuracy and completeness.

The Background Profile

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Significant military experience required
  • TADSS maintenance instruction training and troubleshooting experience based on the TADSS maintenance manuals, products, materials, and packages
  • Experience providing TADSS operator services for aviation flight simulators and aviation TADSS
  • Ability to be based full-time in Saudi Arabia Khamis Mushait, King Khalid Military City, and/or Al Qassim Aviation Institute with option to follow on after the initial 10-month contract
