Opportunity:

We are looking for a detail-oriented API Support Specialist to help clients and internal teams troubleshoot and optimize API integrations. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of technical concepts and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site UAT testing for merchant APIs, providing support for API-related inquiries and issues from both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to API functionality and integration.
• Monitor API performance and user feedback to identify and document bugs and enhancements, recommending improvements accordingly.
• Assist in testing new API features and updates prior to deployment.
• Manage materials and provide additional support for team initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A foundational understanding of technical support, ideally with experience in APIs or software products.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
