Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Apple Technician Level 3 at R3 Factory in Dubai. The Apple Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Apple products, providing technical support, and ensuring the quality of all Apple devices serviced.
Qualifications
- Expertise in diagnosing and repairing Apple products
- Knowledge of iOS and MacOS systems
- Experience in providing technical support
- Attention to detail and quality assurance skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) certification preferred
