- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory and architectural standards.
Team Leadership:
- Coach technical leads, providing hands-on problem-solving support when necessary.
- Collaborate with technical leads to maintain high code quality across teams.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions for engineering teams.
- Support technical leads in managing people-related matters.
