Your Role
- Provide expert technical support to customers and the sales team, ensuring product satisfaction through accurate guidance on specifications and applications.
- Recommend the best product solutions based on project requirements and international standards, helping to optimize customer outcomes.
- Develop deep insights into current and potential customers & market needs and requirements.
- Execute product trials, trainings and demonstrations for clients, consultants, end users, distributors, contractors and applicators, showcasing product value and performance.
- Address technical inquiries and manage customer complaints promptly, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales, specification, and marketing to drive product adoption in new projects and expand product listings.
- Oversee the application process on-site, ensuring correct product usage and adherence to technical guidelines during installation or execution.
- Living and understanding Henkel s vision, culture, values and their importance while translating the leadership culture of Henkel into day-to-day activities and behavior.
YOUR SKILLS
- Engineering degree (Civil Engineering preferred; Architecture, Chemical, or related fields also considered) from an accredited institution.
- Background in construction, building materials and waterproofing is an advantage.
- Ability to self-manage time and priorities workload.
- Proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset, thriving in team environments and diverse cultural settings.
- Action-oriented: enjoys working hard and full of energy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
