Application Specialist - Implementation

Our multi-national healthcare technology Clients who deliver integrated technical solutions to the healthcare industry are searching for an RCM Application Specialist responsible for implementing their solution and becoming an expert product resource for customers.

As an Application Specialist, you will possess deep knowledge of EMR solutions with extensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management or billing solutions, with the ability to advise customers on functionality, best-use practices and to propose solutions for performance improvements and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement RCM application solutions to customers
• Understand customer requirements and review proposals
• Consult customers on how best to adopt RCM / Billing solution
• Propose solutions for customers to improve performance
• Produce documentation to support customers implementation
• Lead customer workshops and inductions for RCM solutions
• Ensure data migrations are completed and verified
• Train customer trainers on RCM products and solutions

Requirements:

• Extensive experience across EMR and RCM / Billing solutions
• Experience implementing software solutions
• Ability to deliver training and lead workshops
• Clinical background and understanding of administrative processes
• Experience in customer facing role within the Healthcare
• Comfortable producing and writing functional documents
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Degree in computer science, or equivalent.
