What You Will Be Doing
- AI System Building: Designing and implementing AI-driven systems and monitoring tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Service Configuration and Maintenance: Using AI tools to configure AAA, PCRF, SMSC, and MMSC network functions, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Application Support Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by optimizing and automating tasks using AI-driven systems and advanced technical skills
Basic Requirements
- Experience working with the following Telco network functions: AAA/PCRF/SMSC/MMSC
- Solid understanding of Radius, Diameter, SS7, and IMAP protocols
- Proficiency in Linux and Kubernetes
- Professional experience using generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to boost productivity

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
