Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in Perfect Presentation, Yamama Project Support Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have expertise in database management and SQL and will be responsible for providing technical support across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional technical support through incoming and outgoing calls, emails, chat, and tickets.

Utilize database and SQL skills to effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Work in shifts to ensure round-the-clock support for our clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Proven experience or strong knowledge in database management and SQL.
