Job Description:As an Application Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of our gaming applications. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely resolutions, and delivering exceptional customer support. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:· Provide first-line support to users experiencing technical issues with our applications.
· Co-ordinate with Engineering team to get the technical resolutions
· Escalate complex issues to senior support team members or developers as needed.
· Collaborate with development teams and partner representatives on various operational activities
· Ensure all support activities adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
· Assist in testing and implementing software upgrades and patches.
· Maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling customer inquiries and issues.
Requirements:· Valid UAE work visa (mandatory).
· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
· Proven experience in application support or a similar role.
· Strong knowledge of SQL databases, querying and Reporting
· Familiarity with UI/UX technologies like HTML, CSS, Figma etc.
· Knowledge of Google, Facebook, Apple developer account management
· Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
· Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
· Knowledge of tools like MoEngage, Google Analytics etc is an added advantage.
· Knowledge of Programming languages like Angular, React, Node.JS, .net Core is an added advantage and can help in transition to development role in due course
