Job Purpose
As the Applications & Infrastructure Partner, you will play a key role in executing Emirates Group digital learning applications and infrastructure strategy through creating the architecture that enables our employees access to on-demand solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for the end to end scope, design and build of digital platforms and applications.
- Ensure all applications and platform solutions create an accessible, seamless and holistic user experience.
- Work closely with the Digital Experience Production Team to ensure complete alignment of learning solutions with platform capabilities, offering a smooth and effective service to the business.
- Maintain an active awareness of applications and digital platform activities across the broader business, collaborating with IT, partner providers and vendors to ensure alignment and integration.
- Ensure that digital platform solutions are relevant and aligned to business needs.
- Ensure digital experiences are accessible at the moment of need and in a consumable and easy-to-use form.
- Create a consistent employee experience within digital learning platforms
- Maintain a level subject matter expertise on digital learning platforms, continuously scan the digital landscape to identify new global trends and best practices.
- Work cross functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Training or a relevant field
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in a digital learning role, including experience developing applications and working with digital learning platforms
