Summary:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives by securing qualified appointments for our sales team. This position requires effective communication skills, a proactive approach to prospecting, and the ability to contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential leads through research and targeted outreach. Initiate meaningful conversations to qualify prospects.
- Engage with prospects to communicate our products/services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on appointment-setting activities.
- Monitor and track key performance metrics related to appointment setting goals.
Qualifications
- Higher diploma or bachelor's degree in business development or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone, email, and other communication channels.
- English C1/C2
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to handle objections, rejection, and setbacks in a positive and resilient manner.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and the ability to effectively use them to manage leads, appointments, and customer interactions.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and processes. Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
