About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Appointment Setter to join our appointment setting team. This remote position involves reaching out to prospective customers through cold calls, effectively following up on leads, and setting appointments that contribute to potential sales. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow up on initial contacts with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments set in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality goals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar role, preferably on a US account.
- Exceptional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects.
- Ability to work during US business hours.
- Must possess a laptop and a stable internet connection suitable for remote work.
