Sudair Pharmaceutical company is looking for a AR Senior Analyst in Sudair Industrial city.
Job Summary:
Conduct tests to determine quality of In-process, Finished product and method development/Validation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials and Finished products.
- Ensure that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Develop and qualify of new testing methods.
- Prepare and review required method transfer documentation including technical transfer protocols or reports.
- Perform validations or transfers of analytical methods in accordance with applicable policies or guidelines.
- Write or revise standard quality control operating procedures.
- Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Calibrate laboratory equipment such as balance, pH meter, IR, ,HPLC/UPLC, UV-spectrophotometer, and GC is a must.
- to ensure GMP compliance as per local procedures and GMP guidelines.
- to perform any necessary Analytical Documentation Review in accordance with cGLP in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in chemistry, pharmacy or chemical engineering.
- At least five years Work experience in a pharmaceutical AR/QC laboratory with a good understanding of analytical testing of Raw Materials, Finished Product, method validation/verification, equipment operation, instruments calibration and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge in data integrity.
- Good time management and organizationalskills.
- Computer programs and applications.
- Good knowledge and experience in operating and calibration for Shimadzu HPLC, UV-spectrophotometer, FTIR, TOC and GC by using Lab-Solution Software.
