Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for projects involving AR, VR, 3D software, and visual effects, covering areas such as 3D modeling, photogrammetry, motion capture, virtual reality, texturing, rendering, and game engines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze project requirements, provide strategic consulting, and conduct experimental exploration to identify innovative solutions.
- Optimize workflows and develop custom tools and solutions tailored to project needs, leveraging expertise in computer development languages such as Python, JavaScript, C++, and more.
- Support projects in all phases, including analysis, consulting, experimentation, workflow recommendations, implementation, and supervision of participants, ensuring alignment with project objectives and creative vision.
- Work closely with the Head of Image AV Production/VFX and other senior specialists to ensure cohesive execution of projects and alignment with creative visions.
- Maintain and upkeep 3D and VR/AR software, laboratories, hardware, and systems, ensuring they remain at the forefront of technological advancement and operational efficiency.
- Organize technical trainings and workshops to provide learning opportunities for teams, enhancing their skills and keeping them updated with industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AR, VR, 3D software, and visual effects, with a focus on 3D modeling, photogrammetry, motion capture, and game engines.
- Strong understanding of texturing, rendering, and visual effects workflows.
- Proficiency in computer development languages such as Python, JavaScript, C++, and more.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and train team members and students.
