DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
MUST BE ARABIC FEMALE
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
Serves customers by helping them select products.- Responds to customers questions.
Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
Provides outstanding customer service.- Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing cash or other credit and debit cards.
Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Ensure racks are fully stocked.
Stay up to date with new products.
REQUIREMENTS- Understanding of the retail sales process
Must have work experience in Confectionery Showroom
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
Strong understanding of customer service- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.- Flexibility to work various shifts.
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
