YOUR TASKS
Provide consistent customer-specific strategy for having a transparent direction.
Perform best operational account management to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Establish competitive commercial conditions to reach revenue & profit targets.
Manage key accounts Customer base and create relationships for a long-term growth.
Customer Development to ensue best market penetration.
- Sales IAM
- Develop and implement customer-specific strategy
- Design global customer development plan and develop customer measures and initiatives
- Define customer-specific targets (on country and product group level) and ensure tracking
- Drive customer interests/requests through Hella organization
- Define international prices and conditions
- Prepare and provide offers together with local KAM and follow up them
- Communicate with local sales manager and decide on biggest potentials (local vs. KAM strategy)
- Finally negotiate and/or approve price requests and/or new programs in all customer countries
- Establish and actively manage relationship at all hierarchy levels of the customers to penetrate Hella services, products and campaigns
- Hold the Annual Review (Jahresgesprch) with the customer
- Provide fast escalation of customer topics through the Hella organization
- Represent Hella on all customer events like fairs or customer garage events
- Connect Hella marketing & customer to create & execute marketing activities
Carrying out other tasks related to this position (including examining as well as complying with industrial safety and environmental protection measures pertaining to the scope of duties).

- More than 5 up to 6 years
