Basic Knowledge on SAP Workflows
Daily Tasks
Provide operational support to issues, Change Requests.
Escalate any concerns / complaints raised by entities to the respective Lead.
Strictly adhere to the Support timings 7:00AM to 4:00PM without any excuses
Coordinating with end users and resolving the issues.
Continuously measure and improve support skills
Strictly follow escalation matrix and aware of the penalty clauses for SLA breach
Develop user manual and training materials to familiarize in Arabic & English
Assess training needs of the users through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with respective managers, entity instructors.
Create Training documents/ Communication documents / User Manuals
