Expected Job Role: Review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to the project Study Project Bill of Quantities, Drawings. Reviews contractor's shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract agreements Prepare shop drawings for all architecture elements Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings. Follow architectural / civil trends, advancements, codes, and regulations. Study and prepare the project documents including drawing and specifications. Conduct an estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that needs to be purchased. Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare the required invoices. Prepare the subcontractors and client's invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer. Prepare periodical reports such as Quantity Executed Invoices. Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings. Monitor projects Schedule Controlling of all documents revision for the project Review As-built drawings

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in (architecture) engineering.
Main Requirements: Good communication skills. Bachelor's degree in (architecture) engineering. Very good command of English. Microsoft Office High teamwork skills.
Skills and Competencies: Technical Skills Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes. Revit is a plus Primavera is a plus Government university is preferred
