Job Responsibilities:

Client Coordination:
Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

Authority Coordination:
Liaise with Sharjah authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary approvals.

Design:
Provide design support and guidance from concept to finalization of projects.

Project Management:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Authority Regulation Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sharjah authority regulations and ensure all projects comply with these standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an architect.
- Proven experience in client and Sharjah authority coordination.
- Strong design skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Sharjah authority regulations.
- Immediate joiner.
