Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive documents and working drawings from the concept stage through to IFC.
• Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of all drawings and documents.
• Participate in client meetings and present design proposals effectively.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building, codes, standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience with consulting firms.
• Strong technical background and proven expertise in coordinating with various disciplines.
• Excellent command of design tools & Software (Revit) is a must.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills for interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent technical report writing skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate new approaches, systems, and design solutions.
