Bank of Jordan, a prestigious financial institution in Jordan, is seeking a talented and experienced Architect Engineer to join our team. As an Architect Engineer at Bank of Jordan, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of our branch network and office spaces, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality, aesthetics, and safety.

Responsibilities
- Designing and overseeing the construction of new bank branches and office spaces, ensuring they meet all regulatory, safety, and accessibility requirements
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including project managers, construction teams, and operational departments, to develop design concepts and space plans that meet the bank's requirements and brand identity
- Preparing architectural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
- Selecting and coordinating with external architectural and engineering consultants when required
- Researching and implementing innovative design and construction techniques to enhance sustainability and energy efficiency
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the bank's built environments
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional architect/engineer license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
