• Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer/Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial design, proficiency in essential design software, and in-depth knowledge of Dubai Municipality guidelines and regulations.

• Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop residential and commercial interior spaces.

• Create detailed AutoCAD 2D drawings and 3D models using 3ds Max, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Corona, V-Ray, and Photoshop.

Produce high-quality renderings and videos to effectively communicate design concepts.

• Prepare comprehensive shop drawings, joinery designs, and accurate measurements.

Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality guidelines and regulations.

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Proven experience in residential and commercial interior design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Corona, V-Ray, and Photoshop.

• Strong skills in rendering and video-making software.

Excellent knowledge of shop drawings, joinery designs, sizes, and measurements.

• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality guidelines and regulations.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
