Position: Architect cum Interior Designer
- Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D architectural and interior design plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, and Photoshop.
Create comprehensive shop drawings and joinery drawings, ensuring precision in sizes and measurements.
- Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations for client presentations.
Demonstrate strong material knowledge and adhere to Dubai Municipality guidelines.- Conduct site visits and supervise on-site activities to ensure design implementation aligns with project specifications.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (with attested documents).
Proven expertise in using design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, and Photoshop.- Strong proficiency in developing detailed 2D and 3D drawings, shop drawings, and joinery details.
In-depth knowledge of products, materials, finishes, and Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Excellent site visit and supervisory skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Must be currently residing in Dubai.- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of commercial and residential projects.
