Job Description

Job Purpose

Architect position plan and design MAGRABi stores and offices projects to ensure functional, visually

appealing, and customer-centric retail spaces with specific considerations for MAGRABi vision, brand

identity, and the unique needs of optical retail services to maximize operational efficiencies.

Qualifications And Education

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, design, or relevant field.
  • Retail designing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD and AutoCAD software and sketch up and 3D max and Microsoft Office.
  • 1-3 years of experience in architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Job Responsabilities


  • Develop innovative and functional design concepts for optical retail spaces and MAGRABi offices,

considering factors such as customer flow, product display, and branding.

  • Implement all architectural project(s), including Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, Bidding, and

Construction Administration.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards, with additional attention

to specific requirements for optical facilities.

  • Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering practices and any stakeholder disciplines,

application methods, and materials.

  • Liaise with mall / Landlord fit-out team & contractors & vendor suppliers, to ensure all issues are

addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met for the assigned projects.

  • Develop creative and functional solutions for displaying eyewear products, including wall-mounted racks,

display cases, shelving, and product demonstration areas. Ensure that the designs are in budget and

value engineering for the design keeping same quality.

  • Coordinate with interior designers team, engineers, and contractors to integrate all elements of the retail

and office space, including flooring, finishes, signage, and technology infrastructure.

  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the final built space meets the design specifications and

standards.

  • Maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders to ensure a smooth and in time

delivery.
