Architect/Project Manager for interior fit out of high end luxury villas

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Architect/Project Manager specializing in the interior fit-out of high-end luxury villas. As an Architect/Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire architectural and project management process for interior fit-out projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience as an Architect/Project Manager in the interior fit-out of high-end luxury villas
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural design software
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Experience working on luxury projects and with high-profile clients is a plus
