Job Description
Supervising the finishing and implementation processes to ensure compliance with the specified standards and specifications.
Communicate with teams and contractors to ensure project completion.
Manage costs and costs related to finishing and ensure that they are within the specified financial limits.
Quality control and ensuring business requirements and specifications are met.
Negotiating with suppliers and contractors and ensuring the best prices and conditions are obtained.
Preparing periodic reports on the development of finishing works and high administrative reporting.
Solve any issues or problems during finishing operations in an effective and ineffective manner.
Ensure the date specified in employment contracts and contractual obligations.
Participate in planning processes for expected projects.
Maintaining good relationships with customers and end users
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Minimum of 15 years of experience finishing hotels and tourist villages.
Graduated from a government university.
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals
Project management and supervision skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
License of professional engineer
BS/MA in Civil Engineering
