Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Architect / interior designer to join our team. The Designer will be responsible for understanding clients design needs and creating designs that meet their requirements .
Responsibilities:
Create innovative design concepts for projects .
Prepare all design plans for presentation to clients .
Create 3D/2D models and renderings to help clients visualize designs .
Provide interior design mode board and concept and deliver it with high-end rendering .
Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation .
Prepare project documents ( project design drawings, BOQ, etc.) .
Set project estimates according to budget .
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize simultaneous assignments and work under tight deadlines .
Teamwork abilities and working collaboratively with staff members .
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Gender: Any .
BSc/MA degree in Architecture / Interior Design .
Experience from 5 to 8 years .
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and 3d visualization .
Proficiency in Related Programs AutoCAD , 3d max , Photoshop , MS Office .
Experience in work of BOQ .
Highly aware Materials Types & Specifications .
Mastering in shop drawings and techniques of Finishing works .
Preferable from ( Rehab city or nearby) residence .
