Architectural 3D Visualizer

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Architectural 3D Visualizer Animator at Federal Engineering Consultants. The Animator will be responsible for 3D animation videos, motion capture, rigging, 3D animation, and creating animations using Lumion/Blender. The Animator will work on architectural projects to develop 3D visualizations and animations.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Animator specializing in architectural visualizations. The 3D Animator will be responsible for creating visually stunning and photorealistic animations that bring architectural designs to life. This role involves working closely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality, engaging animations for a range of architectural developments, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of architectural visualization, storytelling, and technical skills in 3D animation software.

Key Responsibilities:

Create 3D Animations: Develop detailed and realistic animations that showcase architectural designs, focusing on capturing the essence of space, lighting, texture, and scale.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with architects, designers, and marketing professionals to interpret design concepts and translate them into captivating animations that reflect the project's vision and brand identity.

Develop Storyboards and Concepts: Collaborate on storyboarding and conceptual planning to ensure the animations communicate the intended atmosphere, functionality, and appeal of each architectural space.

Optimize Render Quality and Performance: Use advanced rendering techniques to produce high-quality, photorealistic visuals while ensuring optimized performance for efficient rendering timelines.

Stay Updated on Trends and Technology: Maintain knowledge of current trends, techniques, and software in 3D animation, architectural visualization, and rendering to continually improve the quality and realism of animations.

Manage Project Timelines: Coordinate with project managers to ensure that animations are delivered on schedule, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 3D Animator, preferably with a focus on architectural or real estate animation.
• Based in Egypt or Dubai is a must.
• Proficiency in Lumion is a must as this will be the main software we need to work on.
• Proficiency in 3D animation software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design concepts, lighting, composition, and photorealistic rendering.
• Excellent storytelling skills and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural animations and visualizations.
