The role will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate 2D technical drawings and 3D visualizations for Dominos Pizza Stores. The role will be to work closely with the design team, architects, and engineers to develop and communicate design concepts, layouts, and construction details for QSR (Restaurants)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop technical 2D drawings and 3D visualizations for store layouts, MEP, furniture, fixtures, and Kitchen equipment using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max.
- Collaborate with the design team, architects, and engineers to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the drawings and visualizations.
- Revise and update drawings and visualizations as needed to reflect changes in design or construction.
- Prepare layout proposals, details drawing packages, and as-built drawings.
- Assist in the coordination and communication of design intent with contractors and vendors.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of drawings and visualizations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in drafting and 3D visualization for architectural or interior design projects for the F&B (Food and Beverages) industry.
- Must have related experience in F&B or QSR restaurant design development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max.
- Ability to create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D drawings, including section views, elevations, and plans.
- Knowledge of building and construction materials and the ability to select appropriate materials for projects.
