Key Responsibilities:- Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings for consultant approval and contracting.
Create architectural drawings, primarily joinery and interior fit-out, for authority approval.
- Communicate with designers and engineers, incorporating their feedback into drawings.
Perform calculations for materials and weight limitations.- Produce detailed shop drawings based on concept designs.
Interpret and translate design concepts into technical drawings with accuracy and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architectural draftsman.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with REVIT is a plus.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Available to join immediately is a big plus.
- Candidates should be available in Dubai.
