Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design and development of various architectural projects, including hotels, mixed-use projects, and high-rise buildings. As an Architect Engineer, you will be responsible for serving as the Architect of Record (AOR), preparing detailed architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with building codes, and collaborating with project teams to achieve project goals. This position requires a strong understanding of BIM and REVIT software, as well as experience with Saudi Building Code and Municipality regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Architect of Record (AOR) for various projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to define design requirements, functional specifications, and project goals.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using BIM and REVIT software.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and analyses to determine design constraints and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Support project teams during design development and construction phases.
- Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to address design-related issues and ensure effective project delivery.
- Stay updated with municipalities regulations, civil defense codes, and Saudi Building Code.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Architecture, with a focus on hotels, mixed-use projects, and high-rise buildings.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Architect of Record (AOR), including expertise in calculating built-up and rentable areas.
- Proficient in BIM and REVIT software.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code, MOMRA, and Municipality regulations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to join within maximum 1 month.
