Responsibilities
Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information for Construction, documentation, and fabrication
Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models
Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other discipline's design changes and model changes.
Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating, and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
Stay up-to-date on the latest BIM technologies and processes, and recommend necessary improvements.
Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based qualification and 4D simulation
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in architecture
Strong experience with BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit
Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM and construction
