Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a leadership role within the architecture and/or interior design industry, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.
Demonstrated portfolio of completed luxury projects that showcase innovative design and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changes proficiently and accurately.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities concurrently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
